The Practice of Marie Schulte, MA, LPMH operates as an exclusive private-pay entity. This structure is intentionally designed to preserve the highest standards of confidentiality, clinical flexibility, and deeply personalized attention for every client.
The Fee Structure
The Initial Consultation
Sixty-five minutes — Three hundred dollars
Ongoing Therapeutic Engagements
Fifty minutes — Two hundred dollars
A deposit of three hundred dollars is required to secure your placement within the practice, ensuring your dedicated time is prioritized. Payment for all services is graciously requested at the time of your engagement.
Insurance and Private Advocacy
To maintain the sanctity of the therapeutic process and ensure total discretion, this practice does not engage directly with insurance providers. This autonomy allows for a level of care that is unencumbered by the external limitations often mandated by third-party payers.
Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
